Mix-and-Match Ephemera Packs Make Easy Cardmaking. – Everyday Essentials – Crafting with Ashee – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demo – Lincoln UK.
Looking for a quick and easy cardmaking idea that doesn’t require any stamping? These simple layered cards are the perfect solution! Using the beautiful Everyday Essentials Designer Series Paper alongside the Sincerely Noted, Under the Sun, and Classic Labels Mix-and-Match Ephemera Packs, you can create eye-catching handmade cards in just a few minutes.
Whether you’re short on time, making a batch of cards, or simply don’t feel like getting your stamps and inks out, these cards prove that beautiful handmade greetings can still be incredibly quick and easy to create.
Why You’ll Love Mix-and-Match Ephemera Packs
One of my favourite things about the Mix-and-Match range is how effortlessly everything coordinates. The die-cut pieces are professionally designed to work together, making it easy to build stylish card fronts without worrying about colouring, fussy cutting or stamping.
For these two cards, I simply layered pieces from several ephemera packs over patterned papers from the Everyday Essentials Designer Series Paper. The different patterns add depth while the die-cut images create an instant focal point.
The result is a pair of fresh, modern cards that look detailed but come together in very little time.

A Card for Every Occasion
The bicycle card has a lovely relaxed summer feel with its pretty bicycle, sun hat and sunglasses. It’s perfect for sending a cheerful hello, a holiday greeting or simply letting someone know you’re thinking of them.
The camper van card has a fun travel theme, complete with a vintage camera and the sentiment Wishing You Were Here. It’s ideal for anyone who loves travelling, camping or road trips, and would also make a wonderful holiday postcard-style greeting.
Although these cards use completely different ephemera pieces, they share the same simple layout, showing just how versatile these packs really are.
Perfect for Beginners and Busy Crafters
If you’re new to cardmaking, Mix-and-Match products are a fantastic place to start. There’s no need to worry about stamping techniques or colouring images—simply choose your favourite papers, arrange the die-cut pieces until you’re happy with the design, and stick everything in place.
They’re equally useful for experienced crafters who need to make cards quickly. Whether you’re creating cards for your own stash or preparing handmade greetings for friends and family, these products help you make beautiful cards without spending hours at your craft desk.

Mix, Match and Get Creative
Don’t feel limited to using just one ephemera pack. Combining elements from several packs gives you even more creative possibilities and allows you to personalise every project.
Try changing the background paper, adding dimension with foam pads, or finishing your cards with embellishments to suit your own style. With so many coordinating pieces available, no two cards ever need to look the same.
These simple designs are a wonderful reminder that handmade cards don’t have to be complicated to be beautiful.
