How to Make A Poppy Thank You Card – Painted Poppies – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator based in Lincoln UK.
This is a really simple card to make but it is simply stunning if I do say so myself. The stamp set is Painted Poppies and the other aptly enough is Poppy Parade. When the poppy suite came out in the mini catalogue last year, I was in love. I’ve used it numerous times and I will be keeping this set forever, even after it perhaps retires. I will link some of the other projects I’ve used it in below.
I stamped the image of the poppies twice to get a long enough panel and then coloured them using the Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blend alcohol markers. Isn’t great how everything matches in the world of Stampin’ Up!
Measurements
- Poppy Parade A6 Cardbase – This is an A4 sheet cut in half and then folded in half
- Basic White – 14.35cm X 10cm
- Poppy Parade designer series paper – 10.5cm X 8cm
- Basic White – 10cm X 7.5cm
