How to Make a Curved Top Gift Box – Choco Treat – A Wish for Everything – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator based in Lincoln UK.
I was struggling to find an idea for a little gift box so I turned to good old Pinterest. I found an idea for box like this with a curved lid but boy oh boy did I struggle with what paper, what size I wanted it to be. In the end it turned out cute and it easy to make.
The lovely designer series paper (DSP) is “Well Suited” from the mini catalogue. I love this bright Poppy Parade red and it contrasts so well with the Night of Navy in the cardstock and little flowers. The paper flowers are made using the Small Blooms punch and mimic the little flowers in the DSP.
measurements
- Night of Navy Cardstock – 6″ X 4 1/2″ scored at 1 1/2″ on each side.
- Well Suited DSP – 6 1/4″ X 3″ scored at 1/2″ at either end of the long side.
- Night of Navy cardstock 3″ x 1 1/2″
