When I saw these little candles in the shop, I knew I wanted to make a cute little box to gift them in. This is what I came up with. It is very easy to make. I’ve used the new Fresh as a Daisy designer series paper to decorate this box. Do you like to make boxes and bags? I would love to see your creations. You can post pictures of your creations on my Facebook group. I love to share my creativity and inspire others.

I’m really pleased with how this card turned out. I do love pink and blue together. Do you like them as a combination? The colours here are Melon Mambo and Azure Afternoon. Azure Afternoon is a new colour to our Brights colour family and I love it. So bright and dare I say it blue.

I love daisies. My grandmother always had a yellow daisy bush in her garden. I’ve tons of photos of me and the daisy bush. This card reminds me of her, even though she is long gone, I still love her to bits.

This is an easy two-step stamping set. The daisies are easy to line up, even without the now-retired Stamparatus. You just need to make sure you are looking straight down over your stamps. This makes lining up your stamps much easier. I’ve made this card in two different colour combinations. Which do you like better?

As you may know, I love floral and nature-related stamp sets. I, therefore, had to get his one on pre-order. I love that the branch can be used not just with the florals as I have done here but with leaves, the apple or even berries. It makes it so versatile for all seasons.

The stamp set has a matching die set which I used here. It means I can stamp the branch and pop up the flowers. This gives added interest to the card as well as creates a shadow so making the scene look more realistic.

I had to use this set again. I love wisteria so much. It’s so pretty and welcomes me home on the front of our house. Spring flowers are everywhere and it’s the best. Do you love flowers? They make me so happy—such beauty in form and colour.

I’ve popped up some of the wisteria flowers in this card to give it dimension and added interest. You could use more wisteria and have a really full card but I felt perhaps it looked too busy.

Make a Stamped Floral Bookmark – Two Tone Flora – Crafting with Ashee – Independent Stampin’ Up! Lincoln UK

Making your own bookmarks is so easy to do and a lovely little gift to someone special. I do have a few times to share with you. Firstly if you are making a loose bookmark make sure it is long enough to go not get lost in the book. Secondly don’t add dimension as it will give you weird lumps in your book.

I’ve used the Two Tone Flora stamp set. It is a two-step stamp set which gives these flowers a lovely realistic feeling. The stamps are very easy to line up and I didn’t need to use a Stamparatus. I’ve made this bookmark in two different colourways. Which do you prefer?

There are two things that make this card for me. The first is the gorgeous flower and the second is the Cane Weave embossing folder. I wanted to keep this card clean and simple. This really highlights the gorgeous flower focal image.

I coloured the flower using the Stampin’ Blend alcohol markers. The first card is Fresh Freesia and the second one is Tahitian Tide. Which do you prefer? Let me know in the comments below.

How to Off-Set Stencils to Create a Card – Loveliest Layers Masks – Biggest Wish – Crafting with Ashee – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demo – UK

I love stencils and have an extensive collection. Do I use them enough? Of course not, like most crafters I have stuff I love to have but don’t use. I realised the other day that I haven’t used these stencils and they have been in my stash for nearly a year. I don’t want them to retire and I never used them.

The stencil I used today has these little stripes that repeat. It is perfect for this technique of off-setting the stencil. I’ve used a mixture of colours that I have blended together.

I have made quite a few of these no-cut gift bags over the years. I was talking with a customer recently and she reminded me of when I first made this bag. It was at a Guider’s Day about 10 years ago and we made a version of this bag with a set of little cards. That time I hand-stamped my paper, this time I used designer series paper (DSP). It’s called Regency Park.

This bag is super easy to make as there is not cutting or glueing needed to make it. You just score and fold

This is a card I made for April Card Club and I wanted to share it with you. This uses just the dies from the Wisteria Wishes bundle. I love the purples and greens together. They make me think of Spring.

I’ve inked the edges of all the elements in this card. This adds shadow, giving depth and dimension to each die cut. It only takes a minute to do this but it really makes a difference to the finished project.
