I love all the tones of purple on this card. Aren’t they gorgeous? This is a simple design. It has the “WOW” factor with minimal effort. I don’t have much of the Perennial Lavender paper left. I needed to find a way to stretch my supplies. It is paired here with some Fresh Freesia cardstock. The small strip of glimmer paper brings the whole design together.

If you are wondering about that butterfly, it’s a pre-made die-cut from the Paper Butterfly Accents set. It’s so pretty, don’t you agree?

Measurements

  • Gorgeous Grape Cardstock – A6 Card Base – This is an A4 sheet cut in half and then folded in half.
  • Fresh Freesia Cardstock – 14.35cm X 10cm
  • Basic White Cardstock – 14.35cm X 10cm
  • Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper – 14.35cm X 5cm
  • Three Colour Glimmer Paper – 14.35cm X 1cm.

This cute gift box holds three little votive candles. The side panel is see-through. The window sheet is very sturdy and works well as the side panel. I didn’t use a die to create the window. I measured and cut the window using a ruler and craft knife. You don’t need lots of fancy tools to make something stunning.

I’ve made this little box using two different designer series paper packs. The top one is the Oxidized Copper paper and the bottom one is Snowflake Magic. They are both speciality paper and have lots of shine and sparkle to them. Which do you prefer?

Christmas Wreaths – Make this Easy Card Today – Cottage Wreaths – Crafting with Ashee – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demo – Lincoln UK

I’ve made quite a few different Christmas wreaths over the years. I’ve made material ones, pompom ones, wool ones and of course the normal foliage-type wreath. They hang all over the house during the Christmas period, which for me, is from my birthday at the start of December to after my Grandmother’s birthday in the first week of January. Do you enjoy Christmas Crafting? Let me know in the comments below or better post a picture of your makes in my Facebook Group.

This is a clean and simple wreath card. I’ve used the Exposed Brick embossing folder to give interest to the white background. It hopefully looks like the wreath is hanging on some masonry outside.

This is a very simple design. The Merriest Trees dies has 3 similar trees in different sizes. I lined them up with some embellishments and that is my card design. This was made for my online card club. This club focuses on dies more than stamping. You can check out the details here.

The Merriest Trees dies has many extra details you can add to the card. This includes a die that cuts out strands. These can be tinsel, popcorn strands etc… Just use your imagination. These strands would look amazing cut out of foil sheet as well. There are presents, stars and lots of other little embellishments to decorate your tree as you wish.

I love stamping my own patterned paper. Do you? The inspiration for the colours I used here came from the Snowflake Magic speciality designer series paper. It is a lovely foiled set of papers. I’m only using a little bit at a time I am hoarding it as it’s just so pretty.

When I first designed this card, I felt something was missing. It was an embellishment. The glitter sequins in the middle of the snowflakes bring the whole card to life. Do you agree? I think it would be nice to create a set of cards of this design in different colours to give as a gift. A future project down the line.

I do love stencils. They are amazing. There is so much you can do with them. I get every stencil Stampin’ Up! release. They are perfect for easy backgrounds and focal images alike.

The stencil I’ve used today is part of the Abundant Beauty pack. It creates a simple autumnal background. You can use just one ink colour or multiple colours as I’ve done today. I took my blending brushes and ink pads and had lots of fun.

I’ve made this bag in two colour ways. The one above features the Countryside Inn designer series paper (DSP) which I love. The one below is Fresh as a Daisy and the colour is Pecan Pie. Which do you prefer? Let me know in the comments below.

I love this cute Christmas Tag. The sequins are from my own stash. I have a ton of them and am on a mission to use them. The Celebration Tags dies make this cute pocket. I cut out the front and added some acetate to turn it into a shaker tag. The paper is the Storybook Gnomes and I love this Pacific Point blue with the little snowflakes.
