Aren’t these mini handbags the cutest? I love them. They each hold a mini pad of sticky notes. Such a cute gift for any stationery lover. I don’t know about you, but I have always loved stationery. All the bright colours and pretty designs. I was that girl at school with a pencil case full of pretty pencils and rubbers.

I made a mistake in the video with the measurements. The correct ones are below.

measurements

  • Bloom Impressions designer series paper (DSP) – 7 1/2″ X 5 1/2″
    • Scored at 2 ” & 5 1.2″ on the longer side and 2″ & 3″ on the shorter side.
  • Pretty Peacock Cardstock – 3″ X 2″, scored at 1 1/4″ from either end on the 3″ side.
  • Pretty Peacock Cardstock – 1/2″ strip x 11 3/4″. X 2 pieces

Don’t be afraid to tear your paper. It is a great cardmaking technique. The direction you tear the paper will determine whether you see the core of the cardstock or paper. The lovely white edge helps the two patterns pop against each other. I’ve paired it with some twine and a sentiment for a simple card design.

measurements

  • Thick Basic White Cardstock – A6 Card Base – This is an A4 sheet cut in half and then folded in half.
  • Bloom Impressions designer series paper (DSP) – 14.35cm X 10 X 2 pieces

This is a great idea to use up those scraps of paper we all have in our stash. These papers all come from the Bloom Impressions designer series paper (DSP) so they match perfectly. This paper is a freebie during sale-a-bration (SAB). For every qualifying purchase, you can choose a free item from the SAB catalogue. This was one of mine. The die-cut sentiment is from the Wanted to Say dies, a firm favourite of mine.

Measurements

  • Thick Basic White Cardstock – A6 Card Base – This is an A4 sheet cut in half and then folded in half.
  • Basic White Cardstock – 14.35cm X 10cm.
  • Blooms Impressions DSP – 10 strips each measuring 14.35cm X 1cm.
