How to Make a Quilt-Style Birthday Card – Go to Greetings – Crafting with Ashee – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demo – Lincoln UK

This quilt effect is very easy to achieve. I’ve continued the sewing theme with the embossing folder used in the background which is called Cable Weave. To achieve the quilt effect I cut up a square of paper into 2cm square pieces. I then cut these in half on the diagonal and arranged them on a piece of cardstock.

• Night of Navy / Misty Moonlight Cardstock – A6 Card Base – This is an A4 sheet cut in half and then folded in half.
• Basic White Cardstock – 14.35cm X 10cm x 2 pieces
• Basic White Cardstock – 8cm X 8cm
• Countryside Inn / Delightfully Electic Designer Series Paper – 8cm X 8cm
