I love floral cards. This is the Painted Lavender bundle. It evokes the lavender fields of Provence. Unfortunately, I have bad hay fever, so I must admire it from afar. The background felt sparse, so I used the Forever Plaid embossing folder to add texture and interest without detracting from the focal image.

Instead of stamping a sentiment I used one from the Saying Something ephemera pack. You don’t have to handstamp everything on the card, it gives added interest to mix and match, do you agree?

I am on a mission to use as much up as I can before they retire. I want to add as little to my stash as possible, I would rather use it than hoard it.

The Memory and More project cards are great for pocket scrapbooking and cardmaking. I’ve used two cards in combination with this cute cat image from the Something for Everything ephemera pack to create this lovely birthday card.

I love floral stamp sets. This is a new one from the current online exclusives. It is a two-stamping set, allowing you to use the second stamp to “colour” the image or colour it with a medium of your choice. There is a matching die set and embossing folder. The embossing folder is one of the newer hybrid folders. This means that the die-cut images match the images in the embossing folder.

I’ve wanted to use this frame from the Autumn Expressions die set with the Gold Foil sheet since I saw it in the catalogue. It looks so good and adds a touch of elegance to this card. This card uses only 1 sheet of 6″ X 6″ Splendid Autumn designer series paper (DSP). We made this in a recent card club and everyone loved it.

This card is straightforward to make as it uses die cuts. The only stamping is for the sentiment. The oranges are die-cut from the Mediterranean Blooms designer series paper (DSP). The foliage frame is die-cut from Garden Green cardstock. I love how it turned out. Do you?

I’ve been watering the plants every few days in the garden. It is so peaceful, watching the wildlife go about their business. I love watching the butterflies flittering from flower to flower. I was searching Pinterest for inspiration and found this fun fold card. The original measurements were in inches so I converted everything to metric and this is what I came up with. It features the Unbound Beauty designer series paper (DSP) alongside the Flowers of Beauty stamp set.
