I got the idea for this fold from a fellow demonstrator. I loved the idea and proceeded to design a card around it. This is what I made. I’m always looking for new ways to use my pretty papers and am going to make more cards using this fold idea.

I love it when Stampin’ Up! makes dies that can be used with the matching stamp set or entirely on their own. It increases the versatility of the set and as the saying it gives you more bang for your buck.

This is a card I designed for my cards my post club. I can’t include stamped images in my kits as per Stampin’ Up! policy so I focus on pretty papers and die cuts. This card fits the bill on both counts, wouldn’t you agree?

I love stamp sets that have matching dies and stencils. They make creating beautiful cards a breeze. As a mixed media artist, I do love all the finishing details and one of them is using a white pen. I’ve used it here to highlight the flower centres and petals. The images pop. Do you agree?

My tip is to ensure your ink is totally dry, not just touch dry. Your pen will work much better. I gave the image a blast from my heat tool to ensure it was dry.

I love the pop of red sequins in this card. It brings the whole card to life. Full disclosure, these sequins are from my stash and not Stampin’ Up! I have a huge stash of sequins and am on a mission to use them up. Are you trying to use anything up?

Shaker cards are fun interactive cards. The trick is to use good-quality foam strips and acetate that won’t tear easily. In the YouTube tutorial, I show how I used the scrap from my shaker window to back my shaker pocket. I love it when I can use up all the scraps, don’t you?

I loved this stamp set the minute I saw it in the catalogue. The coordinating Lilly Pond Lane designer series paper (DSP) makes this scene easy to create. I used the Deckled Rectangle dies as a window into my scene. The story I told myself when making this card was the one duck wishing the other a happy birthday.

The sentiment is white heat embossed on the DSP. You can see it but it doesn’t detract from the ducks.

This card has a woodland almost autumnal feel to it. I love these toadstools. They bring a pop of colour to an otherwise very neutral colour palette. I stamped on Very Vanilla cardstock and distressed the image using Crumb Cake ink. The toadstools are coloured using the Stampin’ Blend Alcohol markers, my favourite colouring medium.

This is a simple card design. It makes the most of the gorgeous Unbound Beauty designer series paper (DSP). I’ve added some foliage to embellish the sentiment and wrapped some twine around the bottom portion of the card for extra interest. It doesn’t show very well on the photos but I’ve added clear Wink of Stella to the foliage for some extra sparkle.
