How to Use Stampin’ Up! Ink Pads for Heat Embossing – Phrases for All – Crafting with Ashee – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demo

Quite often, I find people forget that they can use the Stampin’ Up! ink pads for heat embossing. The pads are juicy and therefore, stay wet long enough for embossing. You do have to work quickly but it is easy to do. The colour I’ve used here is Pretty Peacock with the Phrases for All stamp set. You can’t see the embossing in the photo above but it is clear in the video below.

Measurements

  • Pretty Peacock Cardstock – A6 Card Base – This is an A4 sheet cut in half and then folded in half.
  • Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper (DSP) – 14.35cm X 10cm
  • Soft Stipped DSP – 13.85cm X 9.5cm
  • Basic White Cardstock – 14.35cm X 10cm

I adore the colour combinations in this pretty floral thank you card. The colours are Pool Party, Calypso Coral and Coastal Cabana. Doesn’t that remind you of summer holidays? The stamp set is Two Tone Flora. It is a two-step stamp set which creates these wonderfully detailed floral images.
