I have made quite a few of these no-cut gift bags over the years. I was talking with a customer recently and she reminded me of when I first made this bag. It was at a Guider’s Day about 10 years ago and we made a version of this bag with a set of little cards. That time I hand-stamped my paper, this time I used designer series paper (DSP). It’s called Regency Park.

This bag is super easy to make as there is not cutting or glueing needed to make it. You just score and fold

The trick to this technique is to use a very light hand when inking over your embossed image. You just need to glide your blending brush over the embossed image with no pressure at all. This way it will pick up the raised embossing only.

I’ve kept this card very tonal. The silver spring charm is quite chunky so make sure it is securely attached using glue dots or wet glue.
