Simple Card – Just a Note – Tearing Technique – Simply Said – Crafting with Ashee – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demo – Lincoln UK

Don’t be afraid to tear your paper. It is a great cardmaking technique. The direction you tear the paper will determine whether you see the core of the cardstock or paper. The lovely white edge helps the two patterns pop against each other. I’ve paired it with some twine and a sentiment for a simple card design.

measurements

• Thick Basic White Cardstock – A6 Card Base – This is an A4 sheet cut in half and then folded in half.
• Bloom Impressions designer series paper (DSP) – 14.35cm X 10 X 2 pieces
