How I Colour this Christmas Robin – Happy Holly Days – Watercolour Pencils – Colouring – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator based in Lincoln UK.

My mother loves robins. They come so close as she is working in the garden, cocking their little heads, waiting for a juicy worm. Robins are very much associated with Christmas. I love cards with robins. Their little redbreasts are so bright in the dull days of winter.

I coloured this fellow with watercolour pencils. I love water colouring, it is the way I first tried to paint. Watercolouring is very forgiving. Take your time and build up the layer of colours and you are good to go.
