I absolutely love this set!! So happy to be able to add this one to my stash. I plan to use it again and again. As you know I love to colour, I put on my audible book and just had fun making this cute card. There are so many options with the Santa Delivery set. You can add as many carriages as you like and change what is in each carriage and what is on top.

I’ve done this two colour ways. Above is Shaded Spruce and below is Real Red, which do you prefer? Let me know in the comments.

I will be honest, normally I’m not into gnomes but this set has won my heart. Isn’t this card cute? I thoroughly enjoyed colouring the card using the Stampin’ Blend alcohol markers. Popped on an audio book, relaxed and coloured to my hearts content.

I made this card, two colour ways. Above is the Real Red one and below is the Shaded Spruce (green) one. Which do you prefer? Let me know in the comments. This card could be for Christmas or a new home one. We moved into our current house just after Christmas. It was actually sleeting on the day we moved in.

I’ve made this bag a number of times. It is a great one to make as requires no cutting and minimal scoring. You can make them in a great number easily in many sizes. They store flat until you want to use them and string the ribbon through them. What more could you want from a gift bag?

The tag is hand stamped using the Merriest Moments stamp set. You can see me make a similar oversize tag on the previous blog post.

I love this tag, it is a card and tag all in one. It is totally hand-stamped and uses no designer series paper (DSP). This means I can tailor the colours and design to my personal preference. I’ve used the gilded gems in places to give it that necessary bling for Christmas. The combination of Shaded Spruce (green) and Cherry Cobbler really works for me. They are traditional Christmas colours but still look fresh and vibrant together.

I love background stamps. I have a huge collection and never purge any of them. They are so useful to create easy backgrounds in cardmaking, scrapbooking and of course art journaling. The gems are the Wonderful Gems and I’ve used them to look like berries scattered through the foliage. You could also heat emboss the Festive Foliage stamp set and then colour them in using your watercolour pencils. It would look fabulous.

How to Make Christmas Decor with Wood Slices – Poinsettia Dies – Pine Tree Punch – Crafting with Ashee – Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator – Lincoln UK.

I bought a huge stack of wood slices online in one day deal and have been trying to use them up ever since. These are my makes this year and I love them. I’ve made three different ones and think they look great hung up on the tree.

There are so many things you and do with the wood slices. You can of course stamp on them. I would advise you to use Stazon ink to make sure it sticks to the wood slice and stays there of course. You can use black or in this case, I’ve used Saddle Brown. You can also paint them or sponge the paint onto them to make them look like snow.

I used die-cuts to decorate them. I love this poinsettia one, but then I love poinsettias. To make the die-cuts pop I inked the edges of all the die cuts to make them really pop against the background.

Oh my gosh, aren’t these little critters cute!!! I want them all in my stocking this Christmas. I don’t know about you but when I’m not happy I gravitate to animals above people. Much easier to connect with I think.

These little cuties are coloured using the Stampin’ Blend alcohol markers. I put on an audiobook and had a nice relaxing half an hour of colouring. To add dimension I used the new acrylic shapes to decorate each of the stockings. They look really good in real life. The camera doesn’t show them off to their best.

I love this card as the strips of paper are meant to be wonky. The imperfect lines make this card look fabulous. I cut the strips at different angles with no measuring, no right or wrong. I just went for it. There is a little gap between each strip so they really pop from each other. The large sentiment and some foil sheet and bingo, you have a really great card.

How is everyone doing? Only a few weeks until Christmas. Are you excited? Yes, I am. I love the build-up to Christmas with all the lovely music, pretty lights and of course Christmas movies.

Here is a snowflake card I have to share with you today. I heat embossed the snowflakes with white embossing powder. They look so vibrant against the Night of Navy background. If you use a white craft ink it will never look as bright as white heat embossing. I used rhinestones in the centre of each snowflake for that extra bling effect!!
